Jade is a registered and certified practicing solicitor with the Law Society of Scotland. She is also a notary public and a member of the Sino-British Lawyers Association. As the founder of the Scotland Chinese Community Advisory Centre, she has been dedicated to providing professional legal services to the Chinese community in the UK for over 20 years.Jade graduated from the prestigious University of Strathclyde Law School in Glasgow. In addition to her qualifications as a practicing solicitor, she is also a qualified court interpreter, enabling her to provide translation services in the courtroom.
With her extensive experience and in-depth understanding of both Chinese and British cultures, Jade specializes in a wide range of legal areas, including immigration, property transactions (buying, selling, and leasing), notarization, powers of attorney, will drafting, estate distribution.
